BSN-prepared Registered Nurse and PCCN-certified clinician with progressive experience across critical care, progressive care, perioperative nursing, oncology, cardiology, correctional healthcare, and clinical leadership. Brings a strong foundation in high-acuity patient assessment, diagnostic review and interpretation, clinical documentation, complication recognition, care coordination, and evaluation of changes in patient condition.
Experienced in integrating medical history, physical assessment findings, medications, laboratory values, imaging, cardiac diagnostics, procedural information, and treatment response to identify clinically significant findings and determine when escalation or higher-level intervention is warranted. Clinical background includes postoperative recovery, oncology progressive care, cardiology and electrophysiology, emergency response, and complex patient management.

Experienced in evaluating patients throughout the procedural continuum, including pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure support, post-anesthesia recovery, patient education, complication recognition, and safe discharge.
Strong background in occupational injury and illness case management, including collaboration with medical providers and claims professionals, evaluation of treatment plans, review of provider documentation, coordination of diagnostic testing and specialty referrals, and monitoring of injured employees throughout recovery and return to work.
